I can not get the USB B input to recognize or to play music from my computer. Any ideas on how to this. When I click the USB B input icon on the unit nothing happens and no music plays. It only plays when internal device is highlighted. Any help would be appreciated.
On Windows, you need to install the XMOS USB Audio driver for the device to be recognized. Mac does not require a driver — it works natively. The driver can be downloaded from our website.
I had the same issue with my K8 Plus. After installing the driver and restarting, the device showed up in the machine sound settings. I selected it as the output device and it worked immediately.
